• Clean and wash indoor unit outer panel
• Check and clean air filter
• Check and clean blower wheel
• Check and clean evaporator fin
• Check refrigerant system and gas level (yearly)
• Check and adjust thermostat
• Check and clean drain pan (wall mounted units only)
• Flushing of drainage pipe (wall mounted units only)
COST
Cost of Normal servicing are as follows:
S$60 nett – service of 1 fancoil unit
S$80 nett – service of 2 fancoil unit
S$35 nett per fancoil unit – service of 3 fancoil units or more (Price effective from 1st Apr 2024)
